At the campaign headquarters, or from the comfort of their homes,
campaign staff and grassroots volunteers use laptops supplied
by FTIN (or their own) to access the online voter registration
database. Users see the voters that have been assigned to them
with information such as the voters age, party, and propensity to vote.
During Election Day the user will also see if the individual has voted, which is updated in real-time by users using our Smartphone technology.
This web based solution is designed for serious phone banking operations and comes integrated with Voice Over IP (VoIP) technology. By clicking
on a phone icon the computer will instantly initiate a telephone call. If the user gets a voice mail they can transfer the call to a pre-recorded message
allowing them to move on to the next call. We also offer Predictive Dialer technology that manages all calling functions for its users. The dialer
will instantly connect live callers with users and will leave pre-recorded messages on voicemails. With both solutions,
once a user is speaking with an individual or family, all interview/polling information is quickly stored on our Internet servers.
This information can be dissected immediately and reacted on while it is fresh.
