FTIN Team: Leadership

FTIN was formed in March 2005 by Richard Young and David Cerrone, two individuals with significant experience creating new markets and applying technology in new and innovative ways.

David Cerrone, Managing Partner
A former computer analyst at Experian, one of the three major credit bureaus, brings over 20 years of technology and business experience to FTIN. Throughout his career he sought and applied technology to the execution of business strategy. He applied advanced technology to an earlier venture, called Landlord Protect, that allowed it to become the largest regional business services provider in its segment.  He has a BSBA in Computer Science, a long history of innovation and success and it is his entrepreneurial spirit that keeps him driven to build the best most advanced technology for the political industry.

Richard Young, Managing Partner
A former sales executive at IBM and founder of previous startup Landlord Protect, brings over 30 years of business management experience.  His vision and business acumen enabled Landlord Protect to become the largest regional business services provider in its segment.  He has a BA in Business Management, is a Vietnam Veteran and has the creative ability to not only think of new and innovative ideas, but the business savvy to actually implement them.
